Galaxy is a web-based integrated Business/Personnel Solution designed and developed specifically for Public Sector agencies at the requests and requirements of state and local government. Currently implemented by the Riverside County Office of Education, Galaxy supports payroll for over forty thousand public employees and over sixty thousand vendors.

According to Dr. William Marshall, RCOE Associate Superintendent of Business and Administrative Services: "The FAS [Galaxy] will significantly increase RCOE's ability to do what it does best - facilitate education.
